Price Match Guarantee

Price match guarantees our offers to match a competitor’s pricing on specific products and/or installations. We have implemented this offer to protect our customers and ensure that companies are quoting for all of the necessary products to comply with the BS EN 16005 European standard to install automatic doors.

Identify Price Match Products

Firstly, product quality is the key requirement to achieve value for money from your installation. This will result in optimum life span and reduce the costs of ongoing repairs or even replacement of major components.

Secondly, have all recommended safety devices been included for? How will you know this? Automatic Access can provide technical advice and guidance in meeting the all-important safety standards and avoiding potential expensive claims for injury in the event of non-compliance.

  • A site survey and dynamic risk assessment (DRA) must be completed. This is to ensure that the installation will meet current BS EN 16005 legislation and the specific safety requirements of site.
  • Authorised, trained and certified installers must be used for the installation.
  • The installer should be able to offer re-active repairs and planned maintenance services at reasonable cost.

Terms & Conditions

  • Price match guarantee excludes quotations from original manufacturers of automatic doors (OEM's).
  • Products quoted are leading brands with the door automation industry. Price match is based on the same or equivalent well-known brands.
  • Where Automatic Access have carried our a site survey, the competitor quoting must also have attended site. This is to ensure all products have been included to ensure compliance and that the risk assessment has covered all of the necessary points within the quotation. If the alternate supplier hasn't attended site, then it is unlikely that a price match can be offered.
  • Inferior products to the brands quoted won't be matched on price.
  • Price match guarantee is valid against quotations issued within 14 days.
  • Competitors quotations must be checked for authenticity and/or validity.
  • Automatic Access reserve the right to withdraw the price match offer against specific quotations or the scheme in its entirety without notice.
