It’s important that when selecting an automatic door operator, that this can accommodate such levels but also any changes in configuration in the future. For example, if the door needs to be changed from free-flowing traffic to access-controlled then the operator installed should be able to accommodate this change by simply adding an electromechanical lock and an interface to access control.
At Automatic Access we only install well established manufacturers of automatic door operators which are versatile in operation and therefore able to accommodate the changes in activation without the need to pay a premium to upgrade the existing operator (if installed in or after 2013), this maybe from push pad to sensor activation (or vice versa) and/or from sensor activation to access control. A good quality, reliable manufacturer will be able to accommodate these changes.
